Here is an overview of the many ways we can assist you with your health and wellness:


Personal Training

The Bainbridge Athletic Club is pleased to bring you a well-rounded team of fitness professionals to service all of your needs. You will find that each member of our team is certified by a nationally recognized certifying body and brings a unique style and personality to their work. We have several levels of certifications, experience, and expertise. The following is a description of what differentiates each level and may help you determine which level is most appropriate for your needs. Fitness Assessments

Upon joining, members receive a complimentary, comprehensive evaluation to determine a baseline fitness level. We will set up an initial workout routine and orient you to our selectorized equipment and ActivTrax program.

The assessment includes the following tests: ambient heart rate and blood pressure, weight, circumference and body fat, sub-max VO2 (cardiovascular endurance), muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.

 **Just a reminder – For their safety, all youth 10 through 15 are required to have an orientation prior to working out on the equipment. (Under the age of 14, our members must work out with a parent.) We strongly recommend an orientation for ALL of our teen members
