Be Playful…..
When we play we forget we are exercising. Burning just 250 calories more a day staves off 10 extra pounds a year! Playing dodgeball or pick up basketball can burn that pretty quickly. Below is a description of what we have to offer.
Basketball Open Gym
Come alone or with a group. Play is open to those able to keep up with the pace of the game. Sign up on the court sheet and it’s first come, first served. Open Gym Rules:
- Games are played 5 on 5 full court, first 10 players on sign up sheet play first game.
- Teams will play half court (4 on 4) if there are more than 10 people waiting
- Baskets count for 1 point; shots from beyond the arc count for 2 points.
- First team to 11 points wins.
- Winning team stays and plays next waiting team.
- Losing players/team goes to the end of the list and wait for the next available game.
- Players call their own fouls. No free throws, just take the ball out at top of key.
- Any arguments over fouls will be settled by a 3-point shot.

Pickleball Open Gym
Mondays 8:30-9:30am, Friday’s 8-9:30am, Saturday 9-11am

Badminton Open Gym
Tuesdays 11:30am – 1pm
We have the racquets, birdies and net – all that’s missing is YOU! Experience does not matter. Come out every Tuesday for a fun-filled workout.
Ping Pong Drop In
It’s here! The ping pong table is up and ready to be used. It is in the BAC Space, down the tennis hall next to the restroom. Just bring yourself and/or your favorite paddle and let the games begin!
Volleyball Open Gym
Doubles, 4′s, 6′s, co-ed or same gender….it’s available for you to play. Come enjoy the many options this game had to offer.
